Third Annual Get Active DaySeptember 4, 2015
On 25th August, at the Marjorie and Arnold Ziff Community Centre, MAECare hosted a Get Active day for the third year in a row. The idea is to give people a chance to try different types of exercise, to see if they want to come to one of our classes on a regular basis. It was a packed day full of Ping Pong,
Hula Hoops, and Zumba Gold! We were also treated to a lovely lunch prepared by the Ziff Centre, always a favourite part of the day. For when and where to get involved in our many exercise opportunities, got to Activities|Keeping Mind and Body Healthy or ring the office for more information.
