MAECare Awarded Quality MarkNovember 21, 2017
This quality assurance system is especially designed for small to medium organisations in the Third sector and over 16,000 organisations have received the award.
It’s taken us about 12 months to do the self-assessment, develop the action plans and ensure we had all the evidence in place to meet the standards for the external assessment. Our aim was to help us run our organisation more efficiently and effectively to ensure that we are providing the best service possible for all the older people we work with.
It’s helped us reflect on everything from governance to risk management, to how we measure our outcomes and puts us on the right track for continuous improvement.
