Listening to our service usersDecember 2, 2013
‘It was good to meet with others who attend MAECare groups’ was the verdict of one service user after our special event on Tuesday 12th November to hear the views of older people about MAECare services.
‘This was a really positive event and a good way of finding out what people think’ said another.
20 service users and 6 management committee members met for lunch followed by group discussion.
Pauline Roylance, joint chair of MAECare, said it was a good opportunity to meet service users face to face and hear what they had to say.
The positive response means that MAECare will definitely repeat this event.
