In the presence of Royalty
April 27, 2018Jean Rajfeld and Elliot Zwangobani, volunteer and service user respectively, along with Carol Burns our manager, represented MAECare on Tuesday 24th April at Sheffield Cathedral.

We were there to receive our Duke of York Community Initiative Award.
Along with 300 people representing 64 organisations throughout Yorkshire, we were delighted to receive the award from Prince Andrew, who thanked everyone for the contribution they make to their community.
Jean and Elliot had a chance to speak to the Duke as he mingled with award winners after the ceremony.
Hopefully the official photographs will be released soon, meanwhile here are some of the day.
