Age Friendly Innovation LabOctober 9, 2015
There was a very techie feel to MAECare on Friday 2 October as we hosted an Age Friendly Innovation Lab looking at how we can use technology to spot and report signs of social isolation in our community and neighbourhoods. There was lively discussion and three ideas were developed to help reduce social isolation. The technologists then spent several hours turning these ideas into apps and reported on their proposed concepts to the participants. We are now eagerly awaiting the details of the final concepts.
