Project Worker (Making a Match)
An enthusiastic, experienced Project Worker. Working with another Project Worker and alongside MAECare staff, you will be responsible for reaching out to socially isolated older people (aged 50+), setting up friendship groups which enable them to link with others to create connections and friendships. In addition to meeting the project targets, you will also be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of this project.
The closing date is 10am on 30th October 2019
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 13th November 2019
35 hours per week
This project is funded by The Big Lottery Fund through the National Lottery until March 2021
